Carrier Services:
We utilize Canada Post,UPS and UniUni for all shipments within Canada to assure speedy and reliable delivery.
Processing Time & Delivery Time:
Every order is processed within 12-24 hours, ensuring that your purchases are handled with utmost efficiency.

- Standard Shipping: 2-4 Business Days (Ontario)
- Standard Shipping: 3-9 Business Days (Rest of Canada)

For International Customers:
Shipping Cost
Due to the elevated expense of international shipping, we impose a flat rate of $24 for shipments to the United States. The shipping fee for other countries is determined by the system.
Carrier Service:
For our esteemed customers residing outside of Canada, we exclusively use UPS to handle international shipments.
Customs & Refunds Policies:
Please be aware that customs policies vary greatly by country. While we are dedicated to offering efficient delivery services, we cannot guarantee delivery due to diverse international customs regulations. Refunds:
In the rare case that your order is returned due to customs restrictions, we will refund the cost of the merchandise. However, shipping fees will not be refunded.
