We regret to inform you that due to the nature of vaping products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened and used. We kindly ask for your understanding and urge you to carefully consider your purchase to ensure your satisfaction with the selected product.

Be advised that our products are intended for adults only. The minimum age requirement for purchase is 19, 20, or 21, depending on the legal regulations in your specific area. We reserve the right to request identification to verify that customers meet the legal age requirement for purchase.
Warranty Policy
When requesting a warranty, please provide:
- The original receipt.
- The product must be free from physical damage (including liquid damage, damage due to misuse, device modification/alteration, or wear and tear).
Due to the nature of vaping products, our warranty policies vary for different items:
- For disposable products: We offer a 3-day limited warranty.
- For pod system devices: We offer a 30-day warranty.
- For pod system pods: We offer a 10-day warranty (please accumulate enough for a full box).
- For e-liquids: We do not provide warranties or returns/exchanges/refunds (due to the nature of e-liquid products).

For our esteemed customers residing in the Toronto area, you are welcome to visit our store directly with the product and proof of purchase for an exchange.-

For customers outside of Toronto, kindly note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us for an exchange.
